About the finance planning group
It's all about you...
Our service isn’t just about having one of the greatest choice of mortgages. We spend as much time making sure that your experience of a Finance Planning mortgage adviser exceeds your expectations, each time, every time.
Every year we help thousands of people to achieve their ambition of buying a property or maybe remortgaging a current one. We treat every mortgage the same which guarantees a consistent level of service irrespective of how much you borrow and whilst we may of helped people by arranging billions of pounds in mortgages, we will treat you like your our first.
We love the fact that 99% of people that we asked said that they would use us again and recommend us to friends and family. We enjoy hearing from our customers and welcome all feedback. Incidentally, we ask our clients to complete a questionnaire to make sure that we are consistently delivering a top service.
caring for others is our social responsibility
In July 2009 Shelter and The Finance Planning Group started working together with the aim of raising awareness to The Finance Planning Group staff and partners of the devastating human impact of housing need, and to raise money to support Shelter’s work with homeless and badly housed people. Housing is central to what both Shelter and The Finance Planning Group do. We are aware that for every person The Finance Planning Group helps to buy or rent a property, there is someone else living in fear of eviction or repossession, and many thousands more who have no permanent place to call home.
We live in one of the richest countries in the world, yet millions of people in Britain wake up every day in housing that is temporary, overcrowded, or dangerous. Many others have lost their home altogether. Bad housing robs us of security, health, and a fair chance in life.
Shelter believes everyone should have a home. Shelter helps more than 170,000 people a year fight for their rights, get back on their feet, and find and keep a home. Shelter also tackles the root causes of bad housing by campaigning for new laws, policies, and solutions.
